On October 9 at 8:30 a.m.,our members and guests heard David K. Nikoloff, President of the Economic Development Company
of Lancaster County provide us with the latest news at EDC and specifically at the many Manheim renovation sites.
2007 Annual Membership Breakfast Meeting Highlights On October 11, 2007, we hosted Senator Mike Brubaker and Senate Majority Leader, Dominic Pileggi at our Annual Membership Breakfast Meeting. The breakfast, sponsored by Susquehanna Bank also was host to Rob Stoner, Manheim Borough Manager and with MAEDC, and Eric Phillips, Eric Phillips, CPA, and President of MDDG.

2006 Annual Member Meeting - October 2006 - Some 50 business owners, operators and personnel enjoyed the breakfast, sponsored by Susquehanna Bank and host to Senator Noah Wenger, prior to his retirement from the Senate.

MANHEIM BOROUGH OFFICES ELEVATOR CONSTRUCTION
The anticipated elevator in our Boro building, access to our office and Library, became operational recently. A reception/ribbon cutting was held to mark the occastion and residents, businesses attended to hear our Mayor, Borough Mgr, Sen. Brubaker and Rep. Creighton.
A steady stream of visitors learned about services and products offered
by local businesses and organizations. Many entered drawings, won prizes
and others were selected to choose door prizes donated by exhibitors. -
