Legislative Meetings
Senator Brubaker and his office staff met with the Manheim Chamber
Board of Directors on June 5 at Country Table to discuss issues that businesses

CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS
The American House Hotel, present site of the Cat's Meow, was the subject
for our historic Limited Edition Collectable 2007 Christmas Ornament. A
few are available, contact the office. Keystone National Bank, now the
Fulton Bank in Manheim is the 2008 ornament subject. More information will
be available when the design is complete. Availability is set for early

October 2008 Annual Membership Breakfast Meeting Information
On October 9 at 8:30 a.m.,our members are invited to come and hear guest
speaker, David K. Nikoloff, President of the Economic Development Company
of Lancaster County provide us with the latest news. Invitations will be
sent to members and interest groups closer to the event.
2007 Annual Membership Breakfast Meeting Highlights In October
of 2007, we hosted Senator Mike Brubaker and Senate Majority Leader, Dominic
Pileggi at our Annual Membership Breakfast Meeting. The breakfast was sponsored
by Susquehanna Bank on Oct. 11 at 8:30am in the MCHS cafeteria. Members
heard commentaries from both and learned of their progress on current issues
in Senate. Rob Stoner, Manheim Borough presented the progress of the Manheim
Area Economic Development Corp. and Eric Phillips, Eric Phillips, CPA and
President of the Manheim Downtown Development Group, updated members on
the activities of the group as well as the Main Street designation just
granted to Manheim.

2006 Annual Membership Breakfast Meeting Highlights
2006 Annual Member Meeting - October 2006 - Some 50 business owners,
operators and personnel enjoyed the Chamber’s 2007 Annual Membership Breakfast
Meeting sponsored by Susquehanna Bank in MCHS cafeteria. Senator
Noah Wenger recounted notable projects in which he was instrumental in
funding and executing and expressed his appreciation for the opportunity
to work with many of you.
